The Imperial Hotel is one of the nicer hotels in town.
There was an addition next to the hotel that had
been there for several years and now they were
adding another part to the top of the addition.
One evening while we were at home
the Elders said to not go to town because a
building had just collapsed and there were
many, many security vehicles and lots of people around.
They had been having dinner at a nearby eating place.
This is where the addition was on the wall
adjoining the Hotel.
This was taken after most of the cleanup.
Piles of debris pushed across the street into the market area.
This is taken from a side street looking at the debris
still there two weeks later.
