Elder and Sister Pugmire and
Elder and Sister Kellems
had completed their time and work in Kenya
and were going home.
The night before their departure there was
a going home dinner at the mission home and
we were going to go to the dinner.
We met Elder and Sister Hunter in
Eldoret and drove to Nairobi with them.
Here are pictures of some of the beauties of the ride.
We rode along the edge of the North Rift.

We stood on the top of the escarpment and looked
down ove the lower ledge of the escarpment and then
to the valley floor below -
which doesn't show very good in the picture.

We stayed with them when we first arrived in Nairobi
and then they brought us to Kisumu and showed us
the "ropes" of life here when we first came to Kenya.
They also came to Kisumu to do employment training
and stayed with us here.
They took us to the game park in Nairobi when we were
there for the elections...
We have come to really appreciate and love them.
We will miss them!!

We stayed at their home when we were in Nairobi
for Senior Couple Conference at Thanksgiving time.
They are so kind and generous and great and we love them.
We wish therm well on their
LIFE AFTER MISSION
at home.
